During the last days of April our group taking part in our Comenius project visited Poland. It was the last of the visits of this project and the school organising the even was the Zespol Szkol Ponadgimnazjalnych w Sierakowicach. They were the founders of the project and the colofon for this was the visit to their school.
Our team was formed by three students and two teachers.
The program of the visit was well organised, including lots of activities, as it can be seen in the schedule.
One of the original things of this visits was that the last exhibition presented all the photos submited for competition during the previous meetings and, what is more, the location of the exhibit was very original: an ancient church in which there is not culte any longer, was a perfect place for showing our students' production.
Our stay
The last visit of our Comenius project has already started. Our expedition arrived yesterday and today they took part in the first activities. In the morning there were the presentations of all the participants and, in the afternoon they had a workshop: peephole camera, this is, how to do a basic camera with a tomato tin.
During the first visit the participants in Comenius did an excursion on foot to the dunes of Leba where they had lunch all together.
In other activity, our Group taking part in Comenius programme has continued with their visit. They took advantage of the good weather to walk in the countryside and they enjoyed a barbecue.
Our great day in Poland arrived!: there was the official opening of the photography exhibition. In addition to the photos presented for this meeting, it was posible to see all the photos in competition during the whole project. The place for the exhibition is very original: a church.
After that they had the official dinner.
Our proyect is reaching to its end. The representatives of our school spent the last day in the city of Gdanks. After this they will only have their way back.
As everything ends, we will have a wonderful photo album, a marvellous collection of memories and, above all, a fantastic group of friends.
